So I have recieved my new program, and coach and I are feeling good the way things are going apart from a few niggly injuries I have picked up. I am putting out good long distance time and a 5 hour half ironman is looking good for me.
My race calendar came out on the 1st and it looks awesome! Very excited to see how all the winter training is going to pay off... And the fact that I now have a coach has taken me from a weekend warrior to an actualy contendar in a matter of 2 weeks. 1st race is scheduled to be on the 16th of October so I have just less than two weeks to go, so biggest thing now is to not let any of my injuries take to much of training or let them get any worse.
